CO-ADMIN - ?
1. Will make the final decision if owner can not be contacted
2. Can Accept/Deny Bios
3. Can lock, move and delete threads and posts
4. Will make/create announcements if owner is unable or asked
5. Can and will ban members
6. Edit profiles
7. Can mass email and PM if asked by owner if needed.
8. Will need to help advertise weekly and also respond to first links.
